“W.M.A. Web-Shop” Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Descriptions

All items sold in the “WMA” shop are sold as genuine unless otherwise stated. Any items subsequently proven to be incorrect, must be returned within 10 working days (any claims after this time will not be accepted) of the sale date, in the same condition as they were despatched, for a full refund (exc. postage costs). A letter stating the reason(s) for return must be included. All claims made unsatisfactorily will be deemed invalid and no refund will be given. (Please advise before returning goods).

Payment

Payment can be made by Cheque, by Cash in Pound Sterling, Bank Transfer, Postal Order or by Pay-Pal, (please contact us for further details). All cheques and money orders etc are payable to:- Ware Militaria Auction. (All items remain the property of ‘WMA’ until the payment has been cleared).

Postage

All items offered for sale are inclusive of postage charges for mainland England only and will be sent using recorded and insured post as a minimum. If you would prefer an alternative method of postage, please contact “WMA” directly to discuss options. All countries outside this area (R.O.W.) will be assessed individually dependant on value, insurance and air/surface mail cost. A sales invoice detailing purchased items and postage charges will be enclosed with all purchases. All items will normally be despatched within 3-5 working days of receipt of order. (exc. Bank Holidays)

Vendor costs

Vendors premium for selling items through the “WMA Web-Shop” is a minimum of £5.00 or 10% (whichever is the greater) per item sold, with NO limit to the time they are listed. Any unsold items will incur an administration fee of £2.50 per lot payable before return of the unsold lot. Only items that are in the custody of “WMA” will be listed, therefore “WMA” will only act as a ‘sole agent’.

Hours of Business

Although the shop is available 365 days a year, we ask potential clients to bear in mind Sundays and U.K. Bank Holidays when submitting invoices. Our normal hours of business are Monday to Friday 9a.m. to 5p.m. Saturdays 9a.m. to 1p.m.
